Pre Offer Walk Throughs are expected to take around 45 minutes.  No tools would be used such as a thermal cameras, laser levels, hand tools, ladders or drones. Knob and tube inspection would be included, along with major wooden members, water pressure and drainage, and visible supporting concrete placements. *Single house inspection needed within 24 hours + $30 ($190)
